1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quisdom's platform and services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Service License

Subject to these Terms, Quisdom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use the Services for your internal business purposes
  • Create and manage content within the Services
  • Allow authorized users to access the Services under your account

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
  • Use the Services to store or transmit malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Quisdom. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Service Level Agreement

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) commits to 99.99% uptime. In the event we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as detailed in our SLA documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quisdom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase PostgreSQL and Weaviate databases) hosted in the United States with encryption in transit and at rest. Active accounts retain all data necessary to provide the Services. Upon account termination, data remains accessible for 30 days, then archived for 60 days, and permanently deleted after 90 days total. Data export is available during the 30-day grace period. We may retain certain data longer where required by law or regulation.

12. Data Removal Requests

To request deletion of your personal data or exercise data protection rights under GDPR or CCPA, contact us at support@quisdom.ai. We will process such requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable laws.

These terms of service were last updated on January 13, 2026. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
